Poor Rooms were outdated, no microwave, no other chairs besides a desk chair. The beds were hard. Location
Hotel ok staff not really look above We landed at Chicago airport at 5 am I messaged hotel twice I a week to ask for early check in ( 10am ) they said no problem I even rang them the day before and again assured no problem turned up at hotel at 8 ish to be told no way didn’t know what we were on about no one really bothered we had to spend 5 hours laid on there couch In reception?????? Not very good Location
Fair The room we stayed in was a connected room, and the doors were paper thin so we could hear everything going on in the room next to us. Also we got woken up multiple times by banging on doors outside our room. The location was perfect. Right across from grant park and not hard to get to.
