Fair L'habitació que em van assignar, segurament per viatjar sola tot i pagar habitació individual, era petita, cantonera, l'aire acondicionat feia molt de soroll, hi faltava el comandament de la tv que vaig haver de reclamar, hi havia una làmpara de la tauleta de nit que no funcionava, ho vaig dir a recepció però no la van arreglar. El personal de la consigna d'equipatges molt antipàtic. La situació i la bona comunicació per arribar-hi.
Disappointing Everything very dirty and broked Nothing, just the location
It was not worth the money. Booked before arrival day and had to wait for the room to be cleaned? Only got late checkout offered but we had to leave early so it wasn’t a good deal. The bathroom hot water didn’t work and the toilet didn’t flush. $60 bucks for parking??? And you can’t pull your car out to go places without paying to park it again? Crazy. I liked the size of the room and the blankets were soft and warm. There were two air conditioners in the room.

Great location outdated hotel. Very outdated. Food in lobby restaurant was disgusting. $8 for a slice of frozen pizza. Location was amazing.

최악의 호텔 로비만 웅장하고 룸있는 층들은 형편없는 곳. 벽지와 카펫트 너무 오래됐고 룸도 방음 하나도 안되는.. 처음 체크인 했을때 방문을 열었더니 청소가 아예 안되있어서 너무 충격적이였네요. 결국 방을 새로 받았다는.. 그리고 시카고 중심가에 떨어져있어서 어디 가려고만 하면 기본 20-30분은 도보. 그리고 호텔안에서 객실 층 돌아다니면서 마략파는 사람까지 있었어요. 역시나 제지하는 직원은 없었고요. 가본 호텔중에 최악의 호텔이였습니다. 프론트 직원분은 친절하셨어요.
