Für einen kurzen Visit ohne große Erwartungen okay. Kein Zimmerservice in den 4 Tagen. Hotel ist alt und an vielen Stellen sieht und merkt man es. Lage direkt am Lake Michigan super!
Disappointing The room was falling apart and maid service couldn't be bothered to come by our room for the entire 4 days we were there. The location was the only redeeming quality about this hotel.

we kregen wel een nieuwe kamer in een ander deel van het hotel: die was beter douche had geen warm water kamers 2216 en 2217 buckingham wing locatie
Disappointing Check in staff member was indifferent to the point of being rude. We booked the family suite. The room description points out that there is no seating area, however it does NOT say that the shared bathroom is ensuite to the main bedroom. Location was brilliant
