Poor Room was freezing at night and there are no individual room controls other than a fan. The bed needed a heavy blanket and did not have one just a thin sheet and bed spread. The pillows were thin and lumpy. These were so bad we went out and bought our own. Location is great for visiting our family who live in printers row.
Hotel com boa localização , apesar de antigo, bem preservado , quarto amplo ,mas sem limpeza adequad Atenção dos funcionários , em 6 dias de hospedagem , só limparam o quarto 2 vezes porque pedimos na recepção , mesmo assim , não fizeram reposição de itens importantes , tais como , papel higiênico, copos , não limpavam adequadamente ………. I knew what to expect from the other reviews. It met our needs based on location and price. It’s a big, old, run down hotel. A bit dingy. The location, walking distance to the museums. Less expensive than some of the other hotels downtown.
The hotel is in a great location. it is very old and needs a major upgrade. Decor and comfort was lacking. affordability old feels old and run down. climate control in rooms is poor system hotel needs upgrade location and ease of access to public transportation

Used to be glamorous, now terrible. Very overpriced. A lot of the facilities claimed when booking, or even in the booklet in the room did not exist, laundry, room service via app, etc. Staff were TOO keen to help with my disability and involved too much touching and taking my bags away from me. The hotel was understaffed and it meant queueing a lot. The place is like a maze which was not good being blind. It took me 40 minutes to get a lift down to leave. The AC is incredibly loud. The room service food was disgusting.
will not be back the room didn’t look like the pictures the bed was hard as HELL the heater nor AC worked in our room. it was close to everything walking distance
