Very Poor We don’t like the room . Very old airconditioning . Our room is hot . Nasty carpet. Towel stinks . The lobby is very nice . The doorman or greeter is very helpful & so Nice . His name is Steve . The location is perfect.
Only for marathon Old room and the furniture, dirty carpet. The whole hotel need renovation. Location, perfect for marathon runner. The start and finish in front!
Too expensive for what it was Rooms Weren't cleaned for over 2.5 days even after we requested it on the 2nd day. Apparently heating is put only when upper management decide its time. Staff would enter the lifts and let the clients wait.hair dryer didn't work.windows were draughty. Location was fab- vlose to metro snd eateries and within walking distance to your Istanbul sites.
Bad Most horrible experience I had in my life. Nothing was cleaned in my room. I canceled the booking and had to look for another hotel at midnight and pay a double price because it was too late! But the worst is that even if I was told no charge will be made for booking (since I did not stay at this hotel at all), they charged my card and did not pay the money back still!!

One night stay was too stressful That I was given a room which door had gaps and you could see to the inside of the room. It was a door different than all the doors in the same hallway... I checked in at 3 pm and I had just enough time to get ready for a 4:30 pm conference at UIC and with the room change and finding the other room it delayed me and it was very stressful! The pictures of the doors are in the picture section, and the door different that the room I was given made me feel like the hotel just dismissed my reserva... read more
Great location, but the hotel is in need of some updating Room was tired and very noisy Excellent location for sightseeing. Room was clean
