What a shame Very very faded glory, in much need of an upgrade Locality to lake Michigan
Fair tried to get more bottle water in room and it was very challenging for staff to help. I was directed to vending machines that didn’t work. someone at counter said she could give me her soda? it was very odd. great location and great views

Fair Staff at reception counter unfriendly. Room was not ready. Had to return 3 different times to get room key, then reassigned room to a different one on a different floor as our room was given to another. Centrally located
