I was very disappointed Though the lobby is beautiful, the room itself was pretty bad. Dont let the lobby fool you into thinking your room will be anything like that. After being treated like a burden upon walking in to the toilet not flushing properly....this hotel is not worth staying in. You can't adjust the thermostat and the beds are very hard and uncomfortable. The shower has a huge lump in the floor which is not only uncomfortable, but since I didn't know it was there, I fell. Nice stay in a historic hotel. Restaurant by the bar was poor. After waiting for over an hour we left. Another time they closed for 45 minutes to catch up on orders. Normally not a problem because there's plenty of places to eat outside, but it was pouring rain. The inner restaurant was only open for breakfast and expensive. Rooms were small, building was old.
