Meh WiFi in the room was terrible, I needed to get some work done but the internet connection is so bad I had to step out to a cafe so I could use the wifi... terrible. When I finally got some "good" connection, I was talking on the phone with the PRIVACY sign hanging outside of my room door, and anyway housekeeping knocked on my door... Bad service all the way The check in process was very smooth

and y’all stole my shirt I forget to pack! I tried calling the hotel to check if house keeping has it cause this has hap no hot water, no shower pressure, toilet made noise in the middle of the night, small room, HARD ASS bed, not comfortable pillows, and house keeping knocking on our door at 8:30AM and again at 9:30AM asking to check the room. location
Fair AC didn't work, window did not open, confusing process with parking and no valet service location! beds were comfortable and shower was amazing
Everything was somehow a disaster. Air conditioning not adjustable, even not switchable off because of a defective switc The hotel rooms are very, very old and not renovated. Very bad condition. except the Hotel Lobby almost nothing.
Very Poor Our room was dirty, there were stains on the drawers, it had a funky smell, the light did not work and neither did the drain in the shower. We were able to change rooms after walking back and forth to the front desk multiple times. Our next room was a little bit cleaner, but the smell was the same. Also, the air in the rooms was damp. It is a shame since the location is just amazing.
