Disappointing our room was smelly and the shower didn’t drain and the toilet didn’t flush. the mattress was very hard/firm. location was convenient
Alright in a pinch but spend alittle more get a better place. Very loud area even on 10th floor could hear every car on street. Room walls were thin could hear next room. You trip over homeless when you walk put door. Location was excellent. And breakfast was good but expensive. Old rustic look is nice. Staff was nice.
very disappointing. We believe someone came into our room while we were out attending an event. We discovered the window open, the smoke detector covered with a plastic bag and the room reeked of pot. The location was good, and price was ok.
Disappointing My #1 complaint: The smell of mold and/or mildew was very pungent and overpowering. That's all I smelled during the night. The tvs were very small for the size of room. The staff at check-in and checkout were very friendly and welcoming. The room was big and spacious enough for 3 people.

keep looking, but stay in this area the first night we arrived, our sheets were dirty;both sets of them. they moved our rooms and then the shower didn’t drain. the maintenance man took a while to get to us, over an hour, but I assume he was busy elsewhere, so it stunk if you had somewhere to go. the room they moved us to had no view, not even partial which we had prior. the staff was not great, except for one, my friend did not catch her name at the front desk. unfortunately, I have never had an experience this poor, poor en... read more
