good location but staff could improve their hospitality skills staff were not helpful or friendly cud say they were rude location to city
Fair No maintenance in bathroom… chipped tiles and floor, smelly staircase, hard to find rooms. Location. Big room and lots of space in room for luggages. View from room was amazing.
A very unpleasant stay. The rooms were loud, outdated, no water pressure. The hallways are long and winding so it takes time to get from your room to the elevator. The worst parts were that I found mouse poop in my bed TWICE during my stay. And the last night of my stay, there was a fight in the hallway at 5am. There were fake finger nails in the hallway the next day, no one cleaned them up. The only positive thing I have to say about this hotel is the location.

Bon emplacement, mais aurait besoin d'une sérieuse rénovation. Chambre "dans son jus", rénovée grossièrement et à l'économie. Moquette humide. Très bruyante (métro et climatisation). Sens du service du personnel très hétérogène. Emplacement idéal vs Mc CORMICK Place et centre ville.
Very convenient price and location for Chicago The room had a very strong cleaning product smell and the bathroom smelled bad. Wallpaper was coming off the walls but not too bad. It was a great location and the check in process was really easy and staff was friendly.

Pros and Cons Theses no on site laundry. The room looks nothing like the pictures. The TV was extra small need binoculars to watch the TV the remote stopped working. For the price should have had complimentary water in the room instead of charging 4.00/ per bottle of fiji water. Didn't drink it walked to the near by cvs and bought my own bottles of water.
