Disappointing A/c unit panels was on the floor like the room was being worked on. Maintenence called but never showed up. Location was great.
hotel is not recommended security at the hotel door was very bad and un willing to support rather than welcoming. bathroom disgusting, blocked and has a very bad smell. no response from hotel management although several emails sent to them only location

Fair Der Preis war zu hoch. Das Hotel ist vom Ausstattung her nicht so komfortabel (modern) wie erwartet. Die Lage des Hotels war top.
Poor there is no parking for my car ; so I spend another 46 dls de every day for park my car , I think the property has to have parking garage for their customers, i don’t really appreciate, Pat extra money for parking. it was clean , and decent, but the walls and rooms are old.
Disappointing
great place to go to just sleep and go to Grant park, otherwise if you’re looking for relaxation in your room- not here. the room looked like a murder scene with red blood/ketchup splattered on the inside of the door, the walls had cracks and needed a new paint job, everything was very outdated and the carpet was disgusting. I never took my shoes off. the location to the Chicago food festival was the best location! couldn’t beat it.
