Excellent emplacement, confort de base la vétusté de la chambre Excellent emplacement, près des principaux attraits. Chambre propre mais sans plus, une odeur assez forte se dégageait la première journée des produits de nettoyage. La salle de bain rénové, le reste est très vieux. Les lits sont fermes, on a demandé des couvertures supplémentaires, car il était très froid dans la chambre, aucun moyen de régler la température. Chicago ist immer eine Reise wert! Von Personal darf man nicht zu viel erwarten, ziemlich gelangweilt und unhöflich. Zimmer sind zweckmäßig aber nix besonders, das Bad ebenso. Sehr gute Lage, gegenüber den Buckingham Fountain und gute Ausgangslage zu Fuß in die City. Hotelhalle schon sehr imposant, ein Hauch des alten Chicago Flair.
