Great location for seeing the city. Moderate your expectations to a 3 star experience. Building is tired and old. It is three star because the building has been maintained but is not in immaculate condition. Outstanding location. Large rooms. Grand old building.
Exceptional This hotel is a comfortable, clean and historic seeming hotel right in downtown Chicago. The location is excellent and we were able to take public transportation or Ubers anywhere without hassle. The view from the window was also great, you could see a lot of the city which I think is pretty to look at. The room was pretty simple and straightforward. It was clean.
