Good Das Hotel hat seine besten Zeiten hinter sich. Ausstattung der Zimmer, gerade im Bad spiegelt nicht den Preis wieder. Keine Parkplätze im Hotel, nur im nicht gerade preiswerten Parkhaus in unmittelbarer Nähe. Lage ist toll. Mit Seeblickzimmern macht man hier definitiv nichts falsch. Pompöse Lobby...

Loved location and old charm of hotel but staff need customer care training Bathroom door wouldn’t close , old door lock didn’t work and couldn’t even shut it , therefore no privacy, also staff at reception not very helpful need to go back to charm school , also we never used anything from room or food eastern and there’s a £41.54 pending amount to be taken out of our account, it hasn’t gone out yet but it’s still there , asked at reception and staff didn’t know why it’s there , I want it to be taken off Great location, love... read more
