Over all I was pleased with everything except the appointment time. I make appointment early so I will not be so late to work so if I make it at 7:30am I don't mind waiting 10-15 minutes after but for it to be longer that is a problem...which that is what happen this last time.

Overall great service, nice people!
Waiting a hour and a half with an ansy 2 year old isn't ideal. I understand that it's still summer time in everyone's getting the kids in before back to school but I think scheduling I needed to work done this past visit. The hygienist was awesome my son loves her she was quick and helpful and very nice. The only other delay we had was the computer in the x-ray room not working wasn't anyone's fault but it added to the wait time

Amanda was very helpful and friendly when I asked how much longer the wait would be. My wait for my two boy's teeth cleaning was way too long. My appointment was at 12:30 and I didn't leave your office until 3:00. This was somewhat frustrating. I know that your policy is not to allow parents in the dental area and I can respect that but I would like to be taken back once and a while to consult with the dentist. My son's have been going to the Dental Ark for about 3-4 years and I have yet to meet any of your dentists. Overall... read more
