Staff is nice and friendly. The doctor was nice and my child did great.
The girl that is always at the playroom is really nice and social. My daughters always talk about how nice she is.
Needs more activities for the kids in the waiting room.
I was pleased with the dental hygienist and dentist but very disappointed in the wait time. My sons appointment was scheduled for 830 and we weren't taken back until 930. Waiting for an hour with an 18 month old child was frustrating. Additionally, our appointment was to see dr baker but we ended up seeing a different provider with no explanation.
Yolanda hygienist was very professional and made my daughter very comfortable.
It would be nice if you had services for Adults as well. We are soooo happy to go there! Everyone is very pleasant and my girls always love to go to the Dental Ark!!!!
