Everyone is always very friendly and professional. We've been going there for 2 yrs and every visit is a good experience.Ā
Loved that we were given a tour & treated kindly- for the most part. Excellent hygentist, I think her name was Joanne. Dentist was friendly & expained our options well. However, after the cleaning, my son who is 16 & on the autism spectrum, was taken alone to have the sealants done. After we left the office he expained to me that he was told to relax his tongue & even though he thought he was, he was tense so the worker pushed on his tongue to the point he was crying. I can't recall any names but all the staff was very friendly.Ā
After my granddaughter was back there 2 hours i asked what was going on. I was told they were just going to start on her. I was upset no one had told me what was going on I wuld have preferred to be waiting with me and alone.Ā
My kids enjoyed the atmosphere, very kid friendly! Staff was kind and understanding toward my anxious feeling kids!!Ā
Over all service was great! Best dental service we have encounteredĀ
