Every time there service is better my son is 32 months old and he never cries their personnel is very friendly I love going to Dental Ark

Overall great experience the only critique I have is that the doctors need to talk to the parents and see if they have any questions or concerns rather than rushing out. Other than that all the employees were really nice.

Overall it was a good visit the only thing I didn't like was that the doctor seemed as if she was in a rush to finish up with my kids and move on to the next. I usually get to talk with the doctor attending my kids, but this one didn't even ask if I had any questions or concerns I had to stop her as she was leaving to ask a question.

Friendly service, disappointed on extra charges that were declined and still charged.

All of the Dental Ark staff were friendly and understanding as my son cried throughout the entire process. Not once did anyone roll their eyes or make any crude remarks. As a mom of a very particular little guy, this was much appreciated.
