When calling the patients name a designated digital number or speaker for the assistant is needed. When you have a group of individuals, kids crying or yelling it is very difficult to hear. A number could be given to the parents when they return the tablet to the associate. Then as the children are called a number would be posted on a screen.

When I called to try and get my son an appointment and explained his situation I was told that there no availability for about 1 1/2 I was persistent and they were able to squeeze me and understood that my wait time would be long which I totally didn't mind because my son ended up having an Infection which required a tooth extraction ASAP, buy overall the staff was really friendly and informative

We love Dental Ark! Before coming to Dental Ark a few years back we went to another dental business and were very disappointed. Dental Ark made going to the dentist a less nerve wrecking experience! Thank you!!
