Overall, your services are great. I feel very comfortable.
The wait is usually pretty good. The downside however is that there are several dentists so your child can see a different dentist in every visit and give you different opinions on treatent, which is what happened with my daughter. One dentist scheduled her for treatment/procedure with another dentist and the day of her appointment the other dentist didn't feel she needef the procedure done yet. Unfortunately I won't be going back.
Scared worried uncomfortable
Took too long.. an hour to see get the cleaning and doctor look at him then even more time waiting for someone to explain my options.
This place is horrible the receptionists are very rude they had me waiting more than an hour after my appointment time i don't recommend this place to any one
The hygienists got really rude when my daughter refused to corporate. Even after I explained her disability and that she takes medication they continued to treat her very badly.
We waited past our appointment time. The dentist said nothing about fillings or crowns. The the tech briefed us after. I called asked for the dentist to call me and brief me up. Stull have yet to receive a call.
My child was extremely nervous about having treatment done, which caused her to be uncooperative and the only approach the tech and dentist used on her was a firm voice approach, which only escalated the situation, causing my child to be even more scared during the whole ordeal. They could've tried a soft approach to calm her down, or maybe even called me before it was too late, but they didn't try any of the above. The front desk receptionists could be more polite and patient with explaining your office procedures. They seemed to be on the phone not really checking to see if there was a line forming.
