I love this club! The equipment is great and the atmosphere is appealing. Staff is very nice and the parking situation is excellent. I've been going for many years and I will continue to go there for years to come.

I have trained in their Fairfield gym when it started out as a Golds Gym. I also trained in their the old Stratford location. I now currently train in their Trumbull facility. The pros are: 1) their gyms have all the equipment needed for the beginner as well as for the serious advanced level weightlifter; 2) the equipment is well maintained; 3) the facility is always clean in both the locker room and the exercise areas; 4) the staff is friendly and the personal trainers are highly qualified; 5) those who train here on a reg... read more

The staff is very friendly and always helpful; I always see staff/janitors cleaning and the ladies room/tanning rooms are always spotless. Despite its size it does get SUPER packed so I have had to adjust my times, but overall good bang for your buck!

Best gym not only in the area but in CT. Friendly staff and the rates are really low. I'm working out right now and love this place so much I wanted to leave a review in between sets!
I have been consistently impressed with the cleanliness of this facility. The management is always on site and together with the staff and cleaning crew, they insure every protocol is taken. I have an Edge just 2 minutes from my home which I can not say the same about. So, I drive out of my way to this facility. Many thanks to the management and team for keeping me as safe as possible during these challenging times.
Been working with the EDGE Cares team over the past year. During these COVID times, they have been understanding, helpful and flexible. I really appreciate they have put in to accommodate me and my family. Kudos !!!

Great environment, and clean facilities. I've never had a problem with overcrowding. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Definitely a place to try if just starting a fitness routine for the first time at a gym. Mixed crowd of people, all very considerate and friendly.

It's a clean club and I love the BodyPump classes!! Sharon is the best instructor!!! I try to book most of my classes with her because I love the way she teaches! She doesn't point anyone out or pick on anyone, nobody likes that, and she doesn't act like a drill sergeant but she does an excellent job teaching and tells us how to properly do everything! Her classes book up fast she's so good!!

This trumbull location lacks parking.. there is absolutely no place to park. The front desk attendants don't even want to be there. I don't need a membership and can walk right past. Can't beat edge quality. Love the machines and love the movie room. This location just needs more parking
