This is a... (Verified Renter) This is a very nice community to live in. It is kept up extremely well from the front of the building to the back as well as inside and out . The employees are courteous, helpful, and take pride where they work.
Looks can be deceiving I picked Encore thinking I would be paying for the extra amenities and security it lists. However, they never work or often break down. I have been in my apartment for over 3 months and have been dissatisfied with how much I pay and what I get. The "conference room" does not have a wifi printer and the computers do not have Microsoft, so it is useless. The gym workout technology has not worked since I have been here. Cigarette smoke If you are sensitive to cigarette smoke, you should be careful about renting here. The complex has experienced frequent problems with smokers and has limited ability to prevent or stop them. If you decide to move in after all, be prepared to purchase a good air purifier.
The residents are... (Verified Renter) The residents are bizarrely tribal, gossipy and petty. There is an abundance of individuals lacking in productive daily pursuits, other than drinking, gossiping and flipping the bird. Not enough serious people in the building.
Rods in my... (Verified Renter) Rods in my the closets are hung at improper heights for clothes. No effort was made to correct. Light fixtures in the living were just thrown up with no regard to centering properly. I reported that a man with a Pitt bull was seen taking photos of me and my dog when I was with others who had complained about him. I told the Encore staff.
