Pricing is a... (Verified Renter) Pricing is a little high for size of apartment, but the building is super nice, great features. Concerns with dogs in elevator - owners are not always picking up after their dogs have accidents. Encore sends out memo's, but owners are still not acting responsible at times. Parking deck is very tight. It appears that some residents have more than 2 cars. Parking at nights upon return home from work is really tight.

Leasing consultants and... (Verified Renter) Leasing consultants and concierge staff feel like your friends as they know your name and look out for you. The fellow residents are also very thoughtful and friendly.
The Saturday brunches... (Verified Renter) The Saturday brunches are really nice. So is the Tuesday yoga and the other community things. I do not know anyone in Charlotte. These things give me an opportunity to meet my neighbors and I appreciate Encore doing this. I would like to see some roof top functions. It is amazing up there.
