Maintenance is tops... (Verified Renter) Maintenance is tops and thr building still feels clean and smells of fresh air. All Concierge Staff are cheerful, knowledgeable, resourceful and hardworking.
The electric bills... (Verified Renter) The electric bills are high. I?m out traveling a lot so don?t have the air on and my bill is high, not positive not getting charged some of condos expenses. I don?t like I have to pay water and trash to an outside company that charges a $8 service fee to pay online. My last place all that was in the rent cafe portal. Views are nice, it?s a nice spot, staff is nice. Price is tolerable. It really just depends what the person is looking for.
parking spaces are... (Verified Renter) parking spaces are very tight. I also would suggest not leasing an apartment on the first floor. Because apartments are over the parking garage, heating and cooling costs may be higher.

Best quality maintenance... (Verified Renter) Best quality maintenance of any community in the 25 years or so that I have rented. Always prompt in responding and very nice, helpful team led by Gus.
Staff, facility, and... (Verified Renter) Staff, facility, and location are excellent. I expected more pride from the residents in where they lived. Elevator wait time became annoying. The facility really needed a fourth elevator as the freight elevator gets occupied frequently.
Building is built... (Verified Renter) Building is built extremely well. I cannot hear anyone above me. In other communities, I have heard every step my upstairs neighbor takes. So much better here.
