RecommendedThe Falls is such a fun place to live. There are fun activities and the amenities are very well maintained. The Falls is centrally located and very convenient. I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a nice place to live.
RecommendedDon’t be jealous, but this awesome apartment complex is throwing a party for Cinco de Mayo. Granted it’s pick up and go due to Covid, but there are tacos and Corona (Corona beer that is ). How fun is that! Afterwards my dog and I took a stroll through the grounds and enjoyed the clean and well maintained outdoors. We checked out the pool, which is opening soon, and walked across the sand volleyball court. Everything is clean, quiet, and safe. You really need to check this place out as your future home.

RecommendedThe Falls Review I recently moved into The Falls, and from the start, I could tell that I would love it! Misty and Oscar helped answer the many questions I had - they were both extremely helpful and professional. The apartment complex is well-maintained, the residents are friendly, and the amenities (pool, gym, volleyball court, etc.) are an awesome plus! It is a safe place if you are moving in alone or with family. I highly recommend moving into The Falls!!
RecommendedI have lived here two years and going too sign another lease soon.I have loved living here .I like how the maintenance workers get right too your apt to fix things and how the staff know you by name and are all do sweet

RecommendedThe first two pics are show how The Falls treats its residents during the pandemic versus the competition. The last picture is a letter from a friends property. This is just one example of why I’ve continued to renew with the Falls over the last few years. They are awesome. It’s why I will be happy to pay my rent on time this month and next. Hopefully by then this situation is resolved and I won’t need to worry about anything, but no matter what, paying my rent to the Falls will ALWAYS be my top priority. This is awesome. W... read more

RecommendedFantastic community! Everybody here is just a blast to live near! The staff is super great Jennifer, Ron, Oscar! Be careful though they’ll spoil your dog rotten! Had One minor maintenance issue and it was resolved within 4 working hours of reporting it! Amazing! Definitely the place to live in the metro!
