Overall was wonderful . Great Beef Po Boy. 4 star for noise level. Dined at lunch time & music way too loud
Sauces. Sauces. Sauces!!! They were amazing! I ate a salad with fried chicken and we had some sort of rice balls as an appetizer which was amazing! The sauces they brought for dipping and pouring over my salad were so amazing. They each had a great kick! I highly recommend!!!!
We. Had a wonderful meal and were so full! Everything was delicious and sourced from US places! Service was awesome!
Everything was great! The only issue was halfway through our dinner they decided it was too quiet and cranked the music. Unfortunately the speaker for the music was just above us pointing straight at us. Other than that everything was perfect.
Hey we had a blast! Came for the gumbo, GOT the gumbo. On our particular night they appeared to be short-staffed so being seated and the service experience wa a tad slow. The server was super-friendly and the food was delicious. Definitely would recommend.
Absolutely Delicious! It was my first time visiting Gumbo Bros! My group couldn’t make up our minds on what to eat so we chose to order many different things to all share ! The gumbo Flight was delicious, the fried okra was super fresh, southern potato salad was the bomb ! With Louisiana and New Orleans being a part of my family history, I LOVE Cajun and Creole food. But one of the drawbacks is when people confuse hot with well seasoned. With too much pepper, the natural flavors of the food can be lost. This was the case with the seafood gumbo, in which the heat increased as you ate the dish. However, the fried catfish was amazing, and the side of French bread was delightfully light and airy! Service was good, without being overwhelming. I loved the informality of Gumbo Bros! We will be back!
First time to visit. Very good food with a priced to value meal. Meaning we got a large portion for a very good price. Sometimes in this neighborhood that’s not always the case. Sunday Easter night, staffing was very good keeping up with the large crowd of dinners. Very impressed with the service staff working under a large number of dinners. We will be back in the future.
Will was our server and he was great! The food was incredible. We had the fried green tomato appetizer with poached shrimp on top and a white sauce that was delicious. The table had the shrimp po boy! The bread is amazing and the shrimp cooked perfectly. Other guests had the crawfish etouffee and the gumbo and said both were delicious. Oh and the margarita was yummy! Would definitely go again!
