The staff was super friendly. I ordered a shrimp Poeboy and my boyfriend ordered gumbo. The food was great, and the service was even better. Very nice people.
Good, but not great. Food's fine, but not as authentic New Orleans as advertised. Parking situation is HORRENDOUS. Voodoo Gumbo far exceeds Gumbo Bros if you're looking for a Nashcille taste of the Big Easy.
Great cajun food in generously sized portions! Will come back!
I'm originally from the MS gulf coast, about an hour from NOLA, and this place was right on par with what I know from back home!! The gumbo was great, I got the chicken and sausage, and the Pu Pu Platter. The platter was amazing with fresh tasting veggies and a thin but crispy batter. I'd say the fried green tomatoes made my top 3 list of fried green tomatoes and i'm actually obsessed w/ fried green tomatoes. GOOD STUFF, nice atmosphere, felt like i was home.
The food was tasty, however the service kinda sucked

I am from Louisiana and this place did not disappoint. Whenever I am craving something to remind me of home I go there!
This was my second time coming here. First time I had a fried shrimp po-boy and this time I had the fried green tomato po-boy. It's always been delicious. My dad and his girlfriend both had the crawfish etouffee and weren't huge fans of it. They said there wasn't a lot of crawfish in it. I tried it and it tasted delicious. I would come back!
