The staff was warm and welcoming. They greeted residents often. They have a homey feeling. Meals looked great and residents seemed happy. They offer PT and lots of activities for them.
Her apartment has been fully renovated and is brand new. It looks wonderful and they keep it very clean. The size is currently perfect for her needs The staff has been very friendly and have been very happy to answer any in all questions we have had to this point. 4 overall because there has been some confusion during move-in and often times information is not put out in an organized or timely manner. The apartment was recently partially remodeled (new floor) and the maintenance team has been very responsive with a few minor requests. The front desk staff has been very helpful and it is convenient to have someone at the desk 24/7. The residents are very nice and have been nice to talk to and visit with.
5 for all. The Heritage Tomball Senior Living is so much better than any other place we looked out. There are always plenty of staff available to assist you or the residents. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families.

What stood out to me - The staff is so nice to my father and our family. Very patient with any questions we have and how they work with my father.
The Heritage is best for residents not requiring much help. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I do think they could have a better staff to resident ratio.
My Mom is no longer at the Heritage. She left late February and is now residing within my home. I am now her caretaker. Her experience at the Heritage was not pleasant for her (for a lot of reasons). Her expectations were not met; however, I felt the facility was an adequate, safe, pleasant facility. Facility has its faults. (Poor food choices, preparedness, temp. Staff/personnel overturn ). Management is aware and is trying to improve. Overall facility, I felt, Heritage was great.
Management helpful (lots of turnover though). Location fairly clean but not individual rooms. Feces on wall and floor disgusting. "Cleaned" twice a week, but not well. Floor not mopped, nothing wiped down. Management nice, staff 50/50. Some staff helpful but others not friendly or even available. My family member had numerous falls and was laying on the floor for hours before discovering him. Always in wet underpants, not checked on or changed frequently although paying for high care level.
