We have been very pleased with the Hertiage Tomball. My parents and I love the staff. They have activities that my parents enjoy. It's always been clean when I go which is every other day to sometimes daily. The apt my parents is a nice size. My parents say the food has days it's good and days it's not.
It was a hard decision to move mom from her home she lived in for years, but The Heritage Tomball made it such an easy transition! The apartment is beautiful! They upgraded the floors and kitchen, we loved it! The weekly maid service is so nice to have. My mom loves the Bingo and Friday Happy Hour with Live Music! The 24 hour concierge service was so nice to have as a child, I could call and check in any time!

[name removed] was fully answered all my questions. I loved his interactions with the residents and staff that we encountered while touring the facility. I truly enjoyed the time I spent there.
I have had a good experience with communication between the staff and myself. My mother does report that there has been some upheaval and Staff change within the kitchen and dining staff. She doesn't like that.
The staff are all very nice. Her room is nice & big with large roll in shower. There are kitchen staff issues (?). Food is pretty good, sometimes could be improved. She likes the activities & socializing. Dr. appointment scheduling is sometimes difficult. The van is sometimes an issue either because there is is only 1 and no alternate transportation.
The staff was warm and welcoming. They greeted residents often. They have a homey feeling. Meals looked great and residents seemed happy. They offer PT and lots of activities for them.
Her apartment has been fully renovated and is brand new. It looks wonderful and they keep it very clean. The size is currently perfect for her needs The staff has been very friendly and have been very happy to answer any in all questions we have had to this point. 4 overall because there has been some confusion during move-in and often times information is not put out in an organized or timely manner. We wanted my mom to be in Tomball and we were familiar with the facility and had a few recommendations from friends. Most of the workers are very friendly. She has a room that has recently been updated and is very nice. We were extremely frustrated with move in process, lack of information, room not ready when it was supposed to be and no communication from them when they were having issues getting information from doctors office. We didn't even know she needed a TB test until the last minute.
