We were celebrating a friend’s 50th birthday. The restaurant went above and beyond to make sure that we had a great time. Big shout out to TK for taking great care of our group. We always have a great time, great vibes, and delicious food.
We were celebrating my husband’s bday. Everything was great.
Cool band was playing R&B music on a friday night which was a nice vibe. The menu has a good mix of west African and carribbean flair. Felt the food was alright. A little salty in my opinion and the price was a bit high considering the amount of goat given (particularly the asun). Also surprised they charge $6 for a mini bottle of perrier (the menu does not outline cost).
Service was slow and the place was practically empty! It took forever to get everything!
Brenda was the best! Took care of us as soon as we walked in.
I didn't like that there was hookah, which means lots of smoke, but I guess that is to be expected with a lounge. I wish there was a non-smoking section because I cannot tolerate secondary smoke, which led to us leaving sooner than we wanted. Otherwise, nice restaurant. Enjoyed that karaoke was available; this was fun to witness. The food was tasty and the price was reasonable. A couple of drinks on the menu were not available.
This was my first time trying brunch here and I was really impressed. The food was amazing, the music was a vibe, and the drinks were great too. It wasn’t too crowded, which I appreciated the most. Definitely a spot I’d come back to!
Best food and brunch vibes ever!! The drinks were all amazing and the DJ was the cherry on top!!
Food was delicious. Ambiance was very nice. The waitress was excellent.
