I am very happy with Carolina Improvements' crew. even tho, they had altercation with shipping orders. The crew really aced the good work with my windows and siding. Very impressive. They communicated with me thru the progress.
This is the WORST company i have ever had to deal with in our book nothing but thieves, we had a deck built and its big 63x 68 they finished the first part in March of 2020 the installer Edward said on the DAY he was done sorry i didn't have the long boards for the rail i will come back and change them, one week after he was done boards start coming loose from the screws peeling up and curling completely off deck, called company right then told them and sent PICTURES, we were told oh we will get someone out there to fix it, ... read more

We have spoke to Mr ******* who has been very reasonable. However Mrs ******* has been verbally abusive toward many members of our staff. As we have pointed out to both customers, your decks were built to code, passed the county inspections, and passed our company inspections. However, due to the nature of wood, especially in the heat, it will sometimes shrink, warp, bend, and/or crack. As per your contract, wood has NO warranty. Hired this company to build deck , WRONG move , finish product looks horrible, company sent rep out ( Adriennne) her and I went over all problems with deck . And she agreed that this was not the quality of work they do . As I recorded the conversation with my phone . After multiple calls and texts nothing has been done , but company says I haven’t paid anything yet . NO KIDDING , wish I could post pictures

Shady and very unorganized and they do not take accountability of their mistakes and leave you hanging. They started my fence and deck mid July and here we are October 2018 and my deck is still in disarray. They sent someone who had no clue what he was doing and it’s now 3 months next week and my deck looks like a hot mess. Installers did a horrible job on the siding installation leaving parts of the siding hanging down. When told that it wasn\\\\\\\'t supposed to be that way, installer said that I was wrong and he knew what he was doing. Two of the installed windows had to be replaced days after installation due to crack in windows. I am SO disappointed in this company 1. They start the work on Wednesday without making contact to make sure I had not worked the night before (luckily I was off) 2. I get a call from you Wednesday afternoon stating they would have to charge almost 2,000 more dollars to complete the job due to rotten boards and then nobody even shows up to work on it Thursday at all 3. First, The customer is rough has an abundant amount of bad wood that had to be replaced in order to properly put a new roof on. The contract they signed with us only covered 100 ft., And we had to sheath the entire roof. I will never make business with this company again. They charged me a lot of money for a fancy hurricane fence. It wasn't a hurricane fence and the hurricane messed it up. I called the guy who sold me the fence. He was polite the two times I called him before I signed the contract. However, after that he was rude and practically cut the call.

It is a Hurricane fence which we installed for you. However, there is not a construction company in America that warranties a fence against mother nature or hurricanes. Where I empathize with your frustration, You must understand that your insurance should cover the damages minus your deductible. I am so sorry for your losses, and for everyone else's.
The sales guy was great and quickly put a quote together. When the installer came to look he confirmed the details of our order and we indentified some miss understanding on what was and was not included. I called the sales guy and he came later the same day and we resolved the issue and he submitted the change order. It took sometime for the materials to come in and the job to be scheduled.
