We purchased a home that needed some windows replaced. We contacted Carolina Improvements and Josh came out and quoted the windows and I added a side of gutters that I wanted replaced. A few hiccups later and all the windows and gutters have been installed and I am completely satisfied. My money was well spent and the company truly made me feel as if my business mattered, that is rare these days. There will always be hiccups, how a company handles them directly shows where their values are.
We needed a privacy fence so we wouldn't have to worry about our dogs getting into the woods. Carolina Improvements came out promptly, measured and started and completed the installation of the fence when they stated they would. The gentlemen that performed the installation were very thorough and expedient. No complaints and quality work.
I'm so very pleased and satisfied with the installation of my new windows. The guy that did the measurements was awesome because every window fit perfect. I advised anyone who need windows, that Carolina Improvement is the one for the job. Thank You
