Will never use this company again or will never refer them to anyone. Was promised 3wks until instal and it took 7wks, when they finally showed up they had the wrong color shingles and wanted us to sign a change order for the new color and we did needed a roof then after they leave we have a leaking roof oh no problem sorry were get someone right on that were take care of any damages after 2 no shows and weeks later they finally showed up with no notice or anything my neighbors told me they were there ok it's fixed I hoped n... read more

Terrible customer service, took over 3 months to put a roof and gutters on,would never reccomend this company.

I recently discovered a leak in my roof and wanted to get it taken care of quickly, for obvious reasons. This company was prompt in addressing my issue although the timing of getting anything done was not as prompt as I would have liked. What is not good about this company is they make you pay up front, thereby locking you in to whatever they decide to be done--no refunds. We hired Carolina Improvements to replace the roof & the windows in our home. We opted to pay in cash and were required to get a dual-named certified check. This is the first thing that made me uneasy as the bank warned me that if the check was lost (we were required to give it to the person who measured for the windows before any work was done) it was the same as losing the money.
