I was very disappointed with my meal tonight it was probably the worst dinner I have ever. Had in a restraunt everything about my meal was wrong and our server didn’t seem to really know his stuff I will not recommend this place to anyone

I went to the Kirby house over the weekend and ordered the crispy chicken sandwich which says it has “crispy friend chicken” on it. When I received my sandwich it was a round piece of thin breaded chicken. Like it was pressed. I expected like a fried chicken breast of some sort. For $13 I received a piece of chicken that I serve at the school I work at. My son got the chicken tenders and my sandwich would have tasted better if the chicken tenders were on it. It was really disappointing.

My wife ordered a steak and ordered it medium rare. it was more like medium well. Thin steak so it's understandable. when they switched it it was acceptable but they only gave her the steak without the green beans. We asked for the beans and when they came they were raw. They had been sauted but we're completely raw. The food was nothing special. Since we traveled here for three hours and have always heard good things about the place we went. I wouldn't do it again.

If you’re looking for somewhere to eat in Grand Haven, do NOT go to Kirby, they are extremely overpriced and the food is always under cooked. I would recommend Snug Harbor. Kirby is by far the worst restaurant in Grand Haven.
Microwaved nachos.. mixed drinks horrible

Never have i ordered a burger with everything to which there was NO mustard, mayo or ketchup. Hubby said his tacos were horrible.
