Brought my daughter the wrong food. My burger was nothing like described on the menu. Mile high onions, please there were 4 soggy thin strips of onion. Our waitress, was not fast at all. Asked for a refill, waited 10 minutes, flagged some young girl standing there with her ipad in hand. She came over and we told her about the refill. Her response, "I'll get your waitress ". Service was slow and the food was cold when it was brought out
Food was poor. Overpriced for the quality and serving size. We used to really enjoy Kirby's, but we have not been there in a long time, and will not go again. I ordered tacos and asked the server about how spicy they were, especially the jerk chicken. She said "not very hot". But she didn't warn me about the pulled pork tacos I ordered. The open faced tacos were supposed to be grilled. Unfortunately they were then covered with the spicy pork and microwaved.
