I called Miles Tischhauser to find a ranch home in our target area. We bought a home a short time later. Then listed our townhome, which sold quickly. Miles was there to negotiate both our buy and sell. He is a young realtor ready to work and knows the area.

Deal of the year! This foreclosed home came on the market and Miles got me into it right away! We immediately were in a multiple offer bidding war! Ughh. Miles instructed me what to do and we ended up winning the bid and getting the property! The Kombrink Lobrillo team was always on top of the sale and constantly in contact. Miles and the Kombrink team were fabulous. They helped me stage our house, got us in the right price point, and negotiated a fabulous sale price..way above what we expected. They also helped us find the right house, and negotiated a strong deal for us on the new home. They even helped us get some paperwork completed before the closing when others were dragging a bit. We couldn't have done it without them. Highly recommended!
