Matt and Chere' were great to work with. They answered all my questions and if they didn't know the answer, they went to find one for me. They were also very helpful when I needed repairs at the townhouse before closing so I did not have to drive in from Michigan.
Matt came through! Seen his signs all around town for a while so of course I gave him a call. He was patient and not pushy :). The showcasing of my home was quite impressive and it sold faster than I thought. Glad I gave him a call. I would recommend him to anyone in the fox valley needing to sell their home!
Found the Kombrinks online, they seem to have a big Internet presence and I knew that's what it would take to sell my house. They were professional and seem to really care about my situation. I like the way they notified of showings so I could prepare and I always found out what the buyers thought right away. What can I say they got it sold! Would love to send more people their way but no longer in Illinois...

I got to hand to Matt and team for selling my home. After a frustrating stretch with TWO other agents, I gave Matt a try. Third times a charm right? Well it was in my case. Everything Matt and his team did to sell my house was top of the line and my previous agents couldn't come close to his marketing. I was honestly surprised when I got a call with an offer. Saw The Kombrink signs all over my town so when it came time to sell I gave them a go. I found Matt and his staff to be very professional and they knew what thy were doing. Their track record speaks for itself. Lucky for me my home sold quickly and I think I owe it to the marketin blitz they did to get people in the door.
