I worked with Michelle Collingbourne at Remax and she was a true pro! As a lifelong resident of the fox valley she really knew the market. She explained the curren. Market and backed it up with hard data. She helped me connect with a stager to make sure my home was in tip top shape. The excellent marketing of my home almost had me wanting to stay :(. Before long we had an offer and the rest is history. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Kombrinks at Remax to anyone! They have the knowledge and staff to get things done!

When it came time to look for an agent to sell my home I turned to the net. So much of real estate has gone online. I was lookin for someone with a huge online presence and that's how I found Matt. We consider ourselves lucky to have chosen Matt Kombrink as our agent. The market was no kind to our house but after his analysis we were pleasantly surprised to hear how much it was worth. With some great photography and marketing by his team, we were able to get the price Matt told us and after only a could of months. If you need to sell your house, I can't think of any reason you wouldn't choose the Kombrink team. The whole transition went very well.

Best move you'll ever make! I've moved several times in my life and and the kombrink team was one of the best I've ever experienced. I had already had an appraisal done and their number was ight on. I know in this day and age photos are everything. I got help from their home stager and the finished shots were spectacular. It sold a lot faster than I had been planning. I got a fair price and was very happy with their honesty and straight forward approach. No more moves in my future but I will be spreadin the word!

You should for sure call these folks if you're moving! Driving around town looking on my own I kept seeing their signs everywhere so I figured they were the ones to call. I worked with Michelle and she was very accommodating. I'm lucky to have found my new home and lucky to have worked with the Kombrinks. I'll never use another realtor!

Marvin you should be proud, you raise a fine boy in Matt. He was a pro just like his pop. He explained things in a way I could understand. Even though I don't quite get all the stuff he had to do I know him and the team helped me find and close on my new home. I couldn't be happier here and love the neighborhood! You raised him right sir and I will tell everyone I know to use Matt kombrink!

Matt was very nice to deal with. He was always easy to contact and could answer any questions I had. I like that a lot of his family works with him it made me feel he had a genuine interest in my home purchase. He seemed to have a lot of added perks that I don't think other agents have like a movin truck and some good local contacts for things I needed done after the closing. He's a good guy!

Michelle Collingbourne is the best! She was able to relate to my situation in a personal way and really helped ease my anxiety over moving out of my childhood home. There were quite a few showings which got me excited and there was an offer sooner than I had expected. Not only did Michelle do a superb job, she was an angel in my time of need. Anything I can do to send business her way I will do!
