Miles with the Kombrink group helped us and it was a true pleasure working with him. He knew the area and was able to give us some great insight. Miles put us in touch with all his vendors and made things run very smooth. He really earned his money on this one! Thanks a lot to him and his team, I would highly recommend them.

Matt helped us find the perfect house! He emailed us homes everyday and was always available and eager to show us homes we had interest in. He did an awesome job negotiating and getting the price we wanted to pay and was knowledgable about the area and out questions.

Relo company recommended I give the Kombrink team a call. Hated to leave Geneva and they were very empathetic especially with the wife. Obviously did theist job and got it sold. They know their stuff. Sorry to say goodbye to the Fox Valley...

Matt was a huge help in the sale of my condo in St. Charles. I am honestly not sure if anyone else could have provided the service the Kombrink Team was able to provide in my situation. Not only do they have the best team around, they have valuable resources in order to help any buyer/seller in any situation when it comes to real estate. Matt is a great guy with nothing but experience...I would highly recommend his service.

Writing a review for The Kombrink Team is the least I can do. What can I say, these guys put other realtors to shame. I've worked with some pretty incompetent people in the past but Matt gave me a new respect for the hard work they do. I can't tell enough people, all realtors aren't the same. Work with these guys and you'll see why!
