An internet search brought me to the kombrink team. They are very pleasant folks to do business with. I thought they would forget about me since i saw they do so much business. Matt did a great job selling our home. He was very thorough and had a great knowledge of my local area. His brother took beautiful photos and the marketing was out of this world. I would recommend them to people at the drop of a hat.

Yes, you should contact The Kombrink Team! My husband and I found them online and it looked like they knew the Geneva area pretty well. We worked with Maegan and she was always eager to show us homes we found. When we found our dream home, Maegan was a true pro negotiating everything and getting us to closing. I am very pleased with the service I got from The Kombrinks and will recommend them for sure.

Wasn't sure if I'd be able to sell my house with the market being what it was(is). Matt put my mind at ease about going on the market during the holidays and I know this ism the quickest selling price point. It took a couple months but the excellent marketing his team did really brought people through and alas, I sold! True pros from start to finish...don't know what else you all could have done to make it any easier for me. I would highly recommend The Kombrinks to anyone I know!

Found these guys online when I started looking at homes. Really appreciated their soft sell approach, never felt pressured or anything. They listen to my needs and are very patient ;) It's great having that team concept, on a couple occasions when Michelle wasn't available to show me homes someone else on the team stepped in and made it fit my schedule. Thanks all I swear I'll pick something soon!
