Incredible real estate professional. Understood the dymanics of the Batavia market, and provided credible market analysis. We had 10 showings right out of the gate and under contract in under a week. (In October, which is past the prime selling season.) Provided additional support up to and past closing, which was four weeks after contract. I would consider Matt for all of your real estate needs.
