You should definitely call Matt and his team! The analysis he did on my house was very impressive, he really did his research. While a lot of homes in my neighborhood are still for sale, mine sold. Thanks for the wonderful job marketing it, it was hard to leave.

Yes, you should contact The Kombrink Team! My husband and I found them online and it looked like they knew the Geneva area pretty well. We worked with Maegan and she was always eager to show us homes we found. When we found our dream home, Maegan was a true pro negotiating everything and getting us to closing. Wasn't sure if I'd be able to sell my house with the market being what it was(is). Matt put my mind at ease about going on the market during the holidays and I know this ism the quickest selling price point. It took a couple months but the excellent marketing his team did really brought people through and alas, I sold! True pros from start to finish...don't know what else you all could have done to make it any easier for me. I would highly recommend The Kombrinks to anyone I know!

Found these guys online when I started looking at homes. Really appreciated their soft sell approach, never felt pressured or anything. They listen to my needs and are very patient ;) It's great having that team concept, on a couple occasions when Michelle wasn't available to show me homes someone else on the team stepped in and made it fit my schedule. Thanks all I swear I'll pick something soon!
