"Excellent customer service" I have a 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan and my radio wasn't working. They were so helpful by putting in a new radio same model. They gave me Excellent service I was very happy when I left..
"They do what they can" My truck went in for warranty work and they were able to get it in the next day even when they were busy. once the required parts were acquired they were able to fix the problem quickly. they went out of there way to make sure I left happy. The only complaint i have is they don't always remember to call you back but that comes with being as busy as they are. overall my experience was great.
"Best buying experience ever" I have bought several vehicles over my life and my experience with Lake Head was by far the best. The sales department was amazing , they were very helpful, not pushy, honest and accommodating in finding my perfect vehicle, they also lined up excellent financing as well. Michelle went above and beyond what a salesperson normally does and made sure I was 100% satisfied with my decision.
"Good Experience " I got my tires swapped on my 2009 Dodge, we had some issues, but they were resolved and the service was good and honest. I am satisfied with my experience.

"Great Experince" I bought a Jeep from the dealership recently and am very happy with my experience! The sales person took his time with me and was very patient with all my questions. Everyone I spoke with at the dealership was friendly. I have called a number of times with questions since my purchase and always received a call back and my questions answered. I will absolutely buy my next car from Lakehead.
