"Excellent!" I had the best service at lakehead, I bought my first car there and wouldn't go anywhere else. Everybody there knows their stuff about vehicles as well keeping their customer service top notch. I would absaloutly recommend anybody to go here for any vehicle needs. You can count on me going back there for sure! Before buying I went to a few other dealerships and nobody talked to me unless I approached them. I'll be going back to see Chris in the future. "Just Fantastic " I checked every dealership in town , nobody wanted to sell vehicles at big city prices but want you to buy local. Finally I went to Lakehead Motors and met Chris . Pleasantly surprised they matched Winnipeg prices . To be honest I never fell in love with 1st vehicle but Chris kept in touch and he found me a Nissan Murano. Loved it after 1st ride got the deal done . Like I said at a price comparable to Winnipeg and Ottawa. Sad really that you can get a better deal here than the actual maker of the vehicle . ... read more

"Amazing" I bought a 15 1500 from Brad. He was very knowledgeable about the product. I asked about accessories and he brought me over to The big guy in parts with grey hair. He was super helpful. Awesome experience very happy.

"Amazing Dealership all around!" We have been getting our vehicles from Lakehead Motors for many years and they never disappoint! Dealing with Anna is amazing! She genuinely does her best to get you in the perfect vehicle. Even if it means running numbers on a bunch of different vehicles (bonus if you're a indecisive person like I am). The service guys are also great to deal with- they get you in and out in the quickest amount of time. Definitely the dealership that you would want to deal with in Thunder Bay!
"Excellent service / Knowledgeable staff " Chris provided good service within a timely manner and had good product knowledge. All staff i dealt with where personable, knowledgeable, and the staff where willing to do extras to ensure I seen all products available that suited my needs. I would recommend and shop there again.
