"Spectacular Service for a couple of nobodies" We were traveling through Thunder Bay on June 24. Our Leisure Unity travel van had a burned out headlight that needed replacement. We spotted a Mercedes Dealership and pulled in. Turns out it was an arm of Lakehead Motors so they, after making sure Lakehead had the part, sent us there to get a replacement. "Great customer service" As always have great service. The guys at the service counter are always upbeat and helpful. Nick Figliomeni who sold me my truck always comes up to me and asks how the truck is and if there is anything he can do for me.
