"Overall great experience" My experience at Lakehead Motors was excellent. I purchased a used 2010 Ram and could not be happier with the excellent customer service provided to me by both Ryan and Doug. Two top notch employees who put the customer first. Not only did they address any questions or concerns immediately, but they did so in a very courteous manner. Great, great job. I would definitely purchase a vehicle from the two of them again.

"WOW. Unbelievable New Vehicle!! " I would like to start by saying my 2014 JEEP is sensational, but thats not the only thing that was sensational. "ordering a new truck" My sales woman was great. She was helpful and helped me get exactly what I wanted. They manufactured was slow getting my truck to lakehead, but overall experience was great. I felt that I was treated with respect and feel that they worked hard to get me exactly what I wanted.
"My First New Vehicle !" My experience with Lakehead Motors has been Top Notch! Accolades to Justin Melanson, (sales), & Cherie Papa, (finance). I expected Professionalism & got it! Even when I decided on a different Truck at the Last Minute,, no one flinched or seemed Put-out! I've Always felt that Good Customer Service is as important as the Product itself! "Overall very satisfing" I was sent a letter stating that i was a preferred customer & to come in for a visit. I walked in stating i received a letter but no overall concern by the first person i spoke with. I noticed a salesperson who immediately asked if they could help. "EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE" I gave the sales person both a dealbreaker list and a wishlist. She was able to fulfill the items that I wanted in the model I preferred. Even the colour was perfect. Everyone in the dealership office was happy and smiling. We were offered coffee and donuts. They were attentive to our child and made him laugh. The financing was easy and painless. Everyone bent over backward to make us happy. We our very happy with our new vehicle.
"enjoyable interaction at all departments" My wife and I entered with no prejudice, we just knew that a Jeep was one of the vehicles we wanted to look at and investigate further. We were pleasantly surprised to find a friend selling cars. We met the ownership , sales and finance managers. We picked their brains and were satisfied. No pressure. Good experience. Next thing you know. We own a Jeep. Are very happy. Staff has recognized us at public functions and have said "hello'/ Very nice.
"Good group" Very fast an efficient. I left the house wanting a used truck, and the next day I was driving said truck. Had all my specs and more. Good group of guys and gals.
