"Happynotcrappy" very friendly and knowledgeable always go above and beyond to be helpful. Offered a ride home and picked me up and were very easy to deal with. Made my experience a joy. Truck was fixed and is running like a champ.
"good service and listen to what I wanted" I feel that the service was friendly and efficient. I was appreciate the service as I havr had some bad ones when I frist bought my othwr truck off this dealer ship in the past but that was 15 years ago anf feel they havr come a long way since then.

"Good product, good staff" I got a vehicle that I wanted from a very friendly knowledgeable staff. BUT.......There were a little errors on their part in a few areas of the dealings. 1) After I bought the vehicle, I got a phone call asking how I liked the service and what could they have done to make me their customer. The person calling did not know that I had just bought a truck. 2) When doing the paperwork, the finance officer put the wrong financing option on the contract and had to re-do the contract. 3) When I spun the ... read more
"Excellent staff" The staff at Lakehead Motors are excellent to deal with. They work with you to find the right vehicle that fits your needs and wont's. The guys in the used car department are not pushy like most places you find. And the guys in the finance department give you all of your options to get you into the vehicle that you want. "Appraisal " Took my car in for an appraisal to see what I would be able to trade my car in for, was very impressed with all the help I received, staff was very knowledgeable about any used car I was interested in. Was able to take a few vehicles for a test drive which was awesome. Appraisal went fast and I was able to find out all the information I needed to be able to make a possible trade. Would definitely bring my business there again!
