Overall the community is great. We had some miscommunication with management and the issue was resolved but only because we were looking elsewhere. i would recommend this communication

Our loved one really likes the meals they serve at the community, and they are doing a lot of arts and crafts right now. They also have happy hour on Friday's, the activity director is just really good with the residents. When it comes to the value we absolutely think it is worth it.

This review is based off of our experience a year ago. Most of the nurses were wonderful here. Sometimes the care was really good sometimes it was not so good and I felt like I had to be here to overlook them to make sure he was getting the care he needed. They did have a lot of turnover of staff and they seemed understaffed quite often. I would not recommend at this time from what I saw during our time here.

This community is beautiful and is located in a great part of town. It is conveniently located near local shops and clinics, but nestled in a quiet part of town away from the hustle and bustle. The staff are phenomenal and are very compassionate. The rooms are spacious and offer a lot of natural light.

The rooms are great and the food seems to be pretty good. Every place has their ups and downs but from my experience this place has many more ups than downs. WE are very happy with the choices they are making in the building.

Everyone at American Grand was absolutely great to work with. The marketing manager spent lots of time with us going over everything and giving us tours. They evaluated Mom right away and we got the last available room they had. Her condition was not good and I can’t say enough about how wonderful the staff was with her. They were so understanding and patient with her. Moms last days were filled with much care that we couldn’t give her. We try and do this through a welcoming atmosphere that encourages our residents to get to know both our staff and their fellow residents. We strive to give our residents the independence they desire with the assistance they may need.
Our sister is doing very well here, she has started to socialize with some of the other residents and the community has a lot of amenities she can choose from. Her room is very nice, large and the bathroom is spacious too. She does go to the dining room and she is eating well, she tells us that the food tastes strange. This is a very nice community and we would recommend it to others to take a tour here.

This community is very clean and well taken care of. They keep mom's apartment clean as well as they do her laundry. The entire staff are nice and take good care of her. She is making friends and is starting to participate in some of the activities. The food looks and smells good. We know she is safe here and we do not have to worry about her as they are always there for her.
