Kim was more then an agent she became a friend. She was the only agent in the area that worked with us to get our house ready and understand we not only lived there but had pets and kids. She always responded even on nights and weekends and offered advice on every situation that we encountered. Her husband (who took the pictures) did a wonderful job and was very easy to work with as well. I highly recommend Kim for all your housing needs.

Kim was great to work with. She took the stress out of selling my property and made it a very pleasant experience. She was extremely knowledgeable on the area and knew exactly what needed to be done to sell the property quickly. If you can hire Kim as your Real Estate Agent, go for it…you won’t regret it!

We had a great experience with Kim as our realtor. With Todd Ruhl's amazing photos of our house and Kim's networking, our house was under contract in just 4 days! She made the process very simple, even handled the closing after we left the area! She was responsive to messages and even helped us out after hours when another realtor locked us out of our house after a showing! Highly recommend Kim, Todd, and the Frierdich Group!

ALL AROUND GREAT EXPERIENCE! I would Highly recommend Kim and her staff to anyone buying or selling home/s in the area. We sold a house that I inherited from my late father that I had never seen before besides pictures. Kim was able to take the reins and drive it right to closing. I couldn't have asked for a more knowledgeable professional. Kim took the time to listen to my concerns and offer feedback. Being an out of state seller made no difference Kim handled everything and WE CLOSED!!

Kim was a great to work with. She listened to my concerns and helped me through the selling process as a first time home seller. I was able to contact her at any time via phone or text which made communication easy. The photos were great and my home was listed on every site imaginable. Make sure you inquire about any local inspections required - like Saint Louis County's reoccupancy inspection.

Kim Ruhl was so patient and easy to work with. Everyone we sent her an email or text she replied right away. She made the whole process very easy. We took over a year to decide to list and she never pushed us. We asked Hera few times to come by and look at the house to give us her opinion to make sure we were ready for the market. She always came by and seemed very happy to help.

Hands down she was most kind, most knowledgable, most professional, most responsive yet candid, honest, and sensitive when she communicated to us what was needed (the work we needed to do to our home) to sell our home. We chose Kim because of her knowledge how to prep a home to sell and how to price it properly. Todd did an excellent job with pics and video. Lindsay is the perfect person to deal with all the details involved with closing. Will continue to refer/recommend Kim to our family and friends!!
