Actually made moving an incredible experience. Kim does an amazing job and obviously takes? pride in her work, which is VERY refreshing now a days. The amenities they offer takes a lot of the stress out of moving. Her attention to detail surpasses any I've seen in the businesses. Kim and her team were awesome to work with. She was thorough in her initial explanation of what this first time seller could expect by using her team to sell. After a theft from my property, she went above and beyond to deliver and make the closing happen. Kim had to of made 100 phone calls on my closing day, and worked on it till after 6pm, on a Friday leading into a holiday weekend! I was very impressed and would recommend her to anyone.

Kim and her team were very helpful in selling my house. The entire process was better than I could have hoped for. From the initial contact through the closing, she and her team were there every step of the way. A big plus of using Kim is that she has access to a professional photographer who will make your house look amazing when posted on any website. Kim was very personal and professional when listing our house and we enjoyed having her as our realtor. Our pictures on our listing were outstanding and had a big part in getting a contract within six days.
