I have dealt with realtors in the past and have found both good and bad in the profession. Kim has, hands down, been the most pleasant to deal with and the most helpful in terms of getting my property sold. We had some issues with the home itself, in that renters had done some damage along the way. I absolutely would recommend that anyone should work with this team, both Kim and her husband Todd are professional but personable. Kim came to my house and walked around and gave me a very detailed list of what I could paint, fix up or decluter to help sell my house quickly, as I was in a hurry to do so. Kim was always available when my husband and I needed to speak with her from beginning to end. She took time to discuss things with us and we never felt we were being rushed or pressed and gave us our her honest opinion. She kept us informed every step of the way.
