We bought a single family home through a long difficult process and Jeremy was with us every step. We saw dozens of houses and had to start the whole process over when the first house we offered for failed inspections. He spent numerous hours with us looking at houses and providing insights based on his construction experience on houses to avoid. He probably saved us a lot of money, he certainly made a difficult experience easier.

Working with Karen was a great experience. I was relocating 1000 miles to the St. Louis area for work and was very pressed for time to find a home. I can't say enough about Kim. She was a a delight to work with, she is very knowledgable about the market and extremely professional. Todd takes pictures and 4D videos of the house, the pictures blew my socks away, he did a great job. During the entire process Kim kept me in the loop and up to speed on everything that was going on. Kim had my home under contract within 8 days. I would highly recommend her as a realtor.
