Carla made my home buying experience as stress free as possible AND was able to negotiate an amazing price on an awesome home! We were looking at several subdivisions in the area with many similarly priced homes on our own. After months of searching, we weren't having much luck. When we found Carla, she asked us what we were looking for and what our needs were and found us the perfect home within days.
We moved to IL from Eureka MO, and Carla was extremely helpful in locating us a home in Columbia, IL that would fit our needs! She was very responsive throughout the whole process and made sure everything was in order for closing.
