I have dealt with realtors in the past and have found both good and bad in the profession. Kim has, hands down, been the most pleasant to deal with and the most helpful in terms of getting my property sold. I absolutely would recommend that anyone should work with this team, both Kim and her husband Todd are professional but personable. Kim came to my house and walked around and gave me a very detailed list of what I could paint, fix up or decluter to help sell my house quickly, as I was in a hurry to do so. As soon as I was finished with the improvements she suggested Todd came and took amazing photos! In fact I told him once they posted online that it almost made me want to buy my house again! Kim was always available when my husband and I needed to speak with her from beginning to end. She took time to discuss things with us and we never felt we were being rushed or pressed and gave us our her honest opinion. She kept us informed every step of the way. When it was time to photograph our home for the website, Todd was awesome. He took his time over several hours to get the right shots. My first meeting with Kim was a great experience. She was prepared and had documentaion to back all her recommendations. i was very confident listing my home with her. she always returned texts and phone calls promptly and always kept me uo to date after showings. Kim was great to work with during our selling process. She gave great advice on how best to price and stage our home and was always just a call away if I had any questions. The photos taken by Todd were fantastic and made our house look beautiful. Kim went above and beyond to make selling our home a positive experience.

We bought a single family home through a long difficult process and Jeremy was with us every step. We saw dozens of houses and had to start the whole process over when the first house we offered for failed inspections. He spent numerous hours with us looking at houses and providing insights based on his construction experience on houses to avoid. He probably saved us a lot of money, he certainly made a difficult experience easier.
